- Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account.
- Business & filing information: business/carrier name, DBA, EIN, USDOT number, MC/docket number, business address, UCR classification, vehicle count, and vehicle identification numbers (VINs) needed to prepare your registration or return.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Card and bank-account details are entered directly with the processor; TruckTaxCenter does not store full card or bank numbers — we retain only limited details such as the payment method type, the last four digits, and a payment reference.
- Technical information: standard log data and cookies used to keep you signed in and operate the site.
How we use your information
- To prepare, submit, and manage your UCR registration, Form 2290, Form 8849, and any renewals.
- To process payments and provide receipts, confirmations, and IRS-stamped Schedule 1 documents.
